Green River's history runs deep, from the Civil War to the caves that have been here for ages. You can begin your adventure by renting a canoe and taking a trip down the river. Big Buffalo Crossing canoe and kayak rentals is located on the banks of the beautiful Green River in Thelma Stovall Park. Conveniently located only a few blocks from Downtown, it makes it easy to enjoy all of what Munfordville has to offer.

No crowd is too big or too small. Each trip includes canoe or kayak, life jackets, paddles and shuttle service at drop off and pickup points. There are several trips to choose from.

One of the sites you will see while cruising on the Green River is the scenic 300 Springs waterfall.
